The One Shot Hydraulic Bender is of the highest quality benders, designed for a lifetime of service. The fifteen ton hydraulic ram will produce an excellent bend in mild steel, 4130, stainless, or aluminum tubing. A full 90 degrees of bend can be done in less than one stroke of the ram.

This is Pro-Tools most popular model of the One Shot Benders. 15 Ton single action cylinder complete as shown with heavy duty roller, and ram travel gauge with adjustable stop for repeat bends. All you have to do is choose your die set, which pump you would

This is Pro-Tools Industrial Level air over hydraulic pump. The unit is assembled, bled and, pressure checked, puts out approx. 10 cu. in. of oil per minute. It has a one year warranty, and can be rebuilt if it ever needs it. This unit extends and retracts much faster than the entry level pump. Air requirement is also 125 lbs of pressure to develop full power, and designed to work all day every day.

This table is designed so there are multiple slots to bolt a die support on, if you need one. The red bar in the picture is 6061-T-6 aluminum machined exactly the correct height to hold the die set level throughout the bending process. This table makes using the bender so simple, anyone could operate the unit easily & accurately.

Meaning the bend radius is measured from the center of the rotation point on the die to the middle of the tubing. 		M-WALL
Minimum recommended wall thickness for good hi quality bends when using D.O.M. or 4130 steel tubing		 ERW
Welded Tubing
Beware this type of tubing has thin spots, which may cause bending problem. It is recommended when using this type to go one gauge thicker on the wall thickness.
